A festive feast of fowl and wild game at Bresson

To celebrate the opening of our new upstairs dining room we are hosting a gourmet evening of fine wines and wild game on Thursday 29th November. Temple Garner has prepared an eight-course menu. Our Sommelier, Kaie Hildrum, is selecting some very special and rare wines with the option to match these to the courses. Places are limited to 35 people only. Dishes include Kildare Rabbit, Mayo Wild Boar and Grouse from Yorkshire. The evening is priced at 85 euros per person for the menu and the option of wine pairings is an additional 75 euros.

The game on the menu is wild and shot by registered hunters with the exception of Andarl farm Co. Mayo wild boar cross breed.
