From 5pm Tuesday to Sunday Bresson opens for Early Bird dinner. The menu is priced at €29 for the two course menu and €35 for the full three course menu.
The Early Bird has some classic French dishes including a summery Sardines Provençal, Salade Lyonnaise with Bertram Salter Chicken, Gâteaux De Riz Frits, Bayonne Ham, Coq Au Vin and Coquille St-Jacques.
Fresh line caught Cod, Tipperary Pork Belly (from Crowe’s Farm) and Black Angus Striploin complete a rounded menu that will appeal to fine dining gastronauts.
