In addition to the A la Carte dinner menu, this Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening our Oyster Odyssey continues with a visit to Brandy Bay in Galway, there is a delicate starter of a sashimi of yellow fin tuna. Mains include John Stone beef, Wild Boar from Cork (well where else?) and Norwegian Halibut, truly a prince of flavour when it comes to fish. To end with; a classic Rhubarb crumble with delicious ice cream made from French Gariguette strawberries.
