New Season Autumn Menus

“Like Chicken used to taste” is a term often associated with Guinea Fowl and its a new dish on our menus for this autumn. Temple has used it in a classic French cassoulet with Toulouse Sausage and cannelloni beans; hearty autumn fare on our lunch and early bird menus.

New dishes on the A la Carte include Grilled Irish Hereford Fillet of Beef Rossini with a black truffle butter; loin of Venison Diane from wild Wicklow Sika deer, line-caught Albacore Tuna from Irish waters and Pekin Duck.
