Grilled Wye Valley asparagus. Pané egg, crispy pancetta. Landcress & white truffle vinaigrette.

Gratinated Kilkeel scallops in the half shell. Chaudrée of brown shrimps, smoked haddock & Alsace bacon. Creamy white wine & leeks, pomme duchess, Gruyère cheese & parsley.

Chicken a la crème, tarragon & white wine. Grilled Bayonne ham wrapped Irish corn-fed chicken breast. Asparagus, petit peas, baby gem, new season potatoes.

Grilled fillet, Kalamata olive tapenade. Courgette ribbons, new season potatoes. Vine tomato & basil buerre blanc.
