Searsons Wine Merchants together with Bresson Restaurant are delighted to announce a very special fine dining event taking place in Bresson, Monkstown and hosted by Nathalie Tollot on Thursday 6th June, at 7.30pm
Tollot-Beaut is a most reliable source of delicious wines that seem to get better as the years go by. Beautifully open in style, with rich, generous fruit flavours and judicious use of new oak, these are poised wines with great depth and elegance and are among the most consistent in Burgundy. One of the first properties to Domaine bottle their wine in the early 1920s, it is run today by Nathalie Tollot and her extended family.
Nathalie, head wine-maker, will be over to present the wines herself at the dinner. “Perhaps the best-known wine domaine of Chorey is Domaine Tollot-Beaut, currently run by the energetic Nathalie Tollot” says Jancis Robinson.
