Meet our Executive Chef Peter Byrne

Peter trained for seven years under Michelin starred chefs Ross Lewis and Garrett Byrne. Among his career achievements includes the position of head chef of Gordon Ramsey’s at Powerscourt restaurant in the RitzCarlton Enniskerry.

Peter’s goal is to take the success of Bresson and build on it. He is aiming to grow and develop our classic French repertoire with local ingredients and modern Irish technique, blending the best of both worlds.
